Choosing a group class: Group classes work best for clients who can participate without significant one-to-one support. If pain, injury, or another consideration affects how you move, please email info@orangeblossompilates.com so we can help you choose the most supportive place to begin.

Core Equipment Classes

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

Up to 6 clients

Prerequisites:

None. New clients are welcome.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is our community favorite and a welcoming place to begin or keep growing. Each class offers a full-body mix of strength, mobility, and mindful movement using the support and resistance of the Pilates Reformer. Your instructor will provide options throughout class so you can feel successful, find an appropriate challenge, and choose what works best for your body that day. You are always welcome to change your mind, try something different, or take a break.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years

  • want a full-body mix of strength, mobility, and mindful movement

  • appreciate having options so you can feel supported and appropriately challenged

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

Up to 4 clients

Prerequisites:

None. New clients are encouraged to book.

Reformer Foundations

If the Pilates Reformer feels brand-new or a little intimidating, Foundations gives you extra time to get comfortable. You’ll learn how the equipment works, explore foundational movements, and experience a full-body mix of strength and mobility at a slower pace with plenty of explanation. Most clients find that one Foundations class helps the Reformer feel much less foreign before joining Reformer Pilates. This is an optional starting point, not a required first step.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • have little or no experience using a Pilates Reformer

  • would appreciate a slower pace with more setup, explanation, and support

  • want to feel more comfortable before joining a multi-level Reformer class

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

Up to 4 clients

Prerequisites:

At least 25 Reformer sessions at OBP. Completing 25 sessions does not automatically indicate readiness. Please contact Karen if you are unsure whether this class is right for you.

Pilates Progressions

Pilates Progressions is a class for experienced clients who are curious about the next layer of their practice. Classes may use the Reformer, Pilates Chair, or props to explore more complex sequences, coordination, balance, standing work, and other movement possibilities. Because some options require greater awareness and control, the class is capped at four people so you can explore with closer support, safety, and confidence. Expect to be challenged, to play with what might be possible, and occasionally to feel like a beginner again in the best way.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • feel comfortable moving on the Reformer in many positions, including standing and kneeling

  • are ready to explore more complex sequences, balance, and coordination

  • enjoy experimenting with challenging movement possibilities in a closely supported setting

Specialty Classes

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

Up to 4 clients

Prerequisites:

At least 3 Reformer Pilates classes. This class is not offered during pregnancy.

Chair + Reformer Fusion

Chair + Reformer Fusion gives you time on two different pieces of Pilates equipment in one class. The Reformer offers support and room to move, while the Pilates Chair brings a different kind of strength and coordination challenge. Many clients find the Chair surprisingly challenging, but thoughtful instruction and Reformer work help keep the full experience approachable. You’ll have opportunities to learn, explore different options, and leave feeling genuinely accomplished.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • are comfortable with Reformer basics and curious about the Pilates Chair

  • enjoy variety and learning new movement patterns

  • want a class that may feel more challenging while still offering support and options

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

Up to 6 clients

Prerequisites:

None. New clients are welcome.

Reformer + Mobility Flow

Our Reformer + Mobility Flow class is an active, supportive way to explore how your body moves. Using the Reformer, you’ll move through different ranges of motion while building the strength and stability that help you feel supported throughout. The pace leans gentle while still feeling active and flowing, so this is more than a passive stretching class. Expect space to move, breathe, and explore what feels supportive for your body that day.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • want to actively explore different ranges of motion

  • prefer a gentler pace that still includes strength and stability work

  • appreciate mindful, flowing movement rather than passive stretching

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

Up to 4 clients

Prerequisites:

None. New clients are welcome.

Steel + Reformer Strength

Steel + Reformer Strength pairs Pilates Reformer movement with kettlebells, steel clubs, and steel maces. Class often begins with mobility and warm-up work on the Reformer before shifting into guided strength work using one or more types of weights. The equipment and class structure may change from session to session, giving you different ways to build strength, stability, and practical movement confidence. No previous weight-training or Pilates experience is needed; we’ll help you find an appropriate place to begin.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • want to explore strength training in a supportive group environment

  • are curious about kettlebells, steel clubs, or steel maces

  • enjoy combining different equipment and approaches to movement

Class Length:

50 minutes

Class Size:

up to 6 clients

Prerequisites:

At least 3 Reformer Pilates classes.

Reformer + Jumpboard Dynamics

Reformer + Jumpboard Dynamics brings playful, rhythmic movement to a full-body Pilates class. With the Jumpboard attached to the Reformer, you’ll alternate between jumping sequences and other movements that build strength, coordination, and control. The pace may pick up and your heart rate may rise, but you’ll still receive options and support as you move. Expect an energizing class that offers a fun and approachable way to explore momentum.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • enjoy energetic, rhythmic movement

  • are curious about spring-supported jumping on the Reformer

  • want a playful, full-body challenge involving strength, coordination, and control

Quiet Class Option:

Many of our classes naturally involve casual conversation. Quiet Classes are intentionally quiet for the days when you want to turn inward and move without distraction. Expect a calm atmosphere with minimal extraneous talking—just clear cues, steady pacing, and space to breathe, feel, and stay present.

This is a great option if you’re looking to:

  • Focus deeply on your own body and practice

  • Enjoy a more meditative or introspective movement experience

  • Reset your nervous system in a low-stimulus environment

We’ll keep the room peaceful, supportive, and grounded so you can drop in and get exactly what you need.

Check the class schedule to find Quiet Class versions of some of your favorite class types.
