At Orange Blossom, we want to encourage all clients to move their bodies in a safe environment. Because our class sizes are small, we do not level our classes. However, some of our classes are more beginner friendly than others.

New clients are fully welcomed into a majority of our classes, including:

• Reformer Pilates

• Reformer Foundations

• Reformer + Mobility Flow

• New Moon Mobility + Intentions

• Slow Flow Yoga

Due to the specialized nature of the classes, it is not recommended that new clients book these classes:

• Chair Pilates

• Chair + Reformer Fusion

• Steel + Reformer Strength classes.

If you’re unsure, each class description on the booking page states whether the class is beginner friendly or not. You can also filter for beginner friendly options. Your safety is our priority.

CORE CLASSES

Reformer Pilates: A community favorite, Reformer Pilates offers a smooth blend of strength, mobility, and mindful movement on the Pilates Reformer. Classes are multi-level, fun, and always welcoming—perfect for leveling up your Pilates practice. Expect improved body awareness, a stronger core, and a more balanced, resilient body.

Quick Reformer: A shorter, 35 minute version of our Reformer Pilates class.

Chair Pilates: Chair Pilates offers a powerful full-body workout using the dynamic and deceptively challenging Pilates Chair. Classes blend strength, balance, and control while introducing Pilates principles in an accessible, upbeat way. Expect to feel stronger, more connected to your core, and proud of what your body can do.

Reformer Foundations*: A beginner-friendly, technique-focused intro to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. You’ll learn foundational movement patterns, breathwork, alignment, and Reformer basics—all at an easy pace with plenty of support. Expect to feel confident, capable, and ready to join any of our Reformer based classes.

* This class is not a required first step into our studio space.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Chair + Reformer Fusion: This fusion class blends the support and mobility work of the Reformer with the dynamic challenge of the Pilates Chair. Get the best of both pieces of equipment as you challenge yourself to strengthen and lengthen your body in a variety of positions. Expect to feel accomplished, more coordinated, and stronger from head to toe.

Reformer + Mobility Flow: Reformer + Mobility Flow is mobility training elevated. This unique class uses tools like the Pilates Reformer, Steel Clubs, Steel Maces and Kettlebells to explore controlled ranges of motion, build stability at every angle, and train your body to move confidently in real life. Expect to feel more flexible, less tense, and deeply connected to your body.

Steel + Reformer Strength: This strength-forward class pairs the support of the Reformer with the functional power of Steel Clubs, Steel Maces and Kettlebells . You’ll build muscular strength, joint stability, and real-life capability in a supportive, confidence-building environment. Expect to feel powerful, grounded, and ready for anything.

We also offer other monthly specialty classes. Keep an eye out on the schedule for those!

Private sessions are great for those who feel like they want to gain more comfort with the equipment in a Reformer or Chair Pilates class before joining a group setting.

Many of our clients who have special concerns or pain prefer a private session setting to get even more individualized attention.

Participating in a private session is not a requirement before joining a group class at Orange Blossom. We do recommend a private session if you are pregnant in the second trimester or later (see “pregnancy & injuries” below).

We’ve found that our class sizes are small enough that it’s not really necessary and is entirely up to each client.

Inform Us: email us about any injuries or if you're pregnant.

Prenatal Policy: all pregnant clients are highly encouraged to schedule a private session during their second trimester (14 – 27 weeks) before continuing on with regular group classes.

Private Sessions: recommended for those with specific injuries or chronic pains and aches before attending group classes.

Use our Momence scheduling system to create an account, purchase classes, and book your spot. To get the best deal, we recommend purchasing a package before booking your class.

Cancellations: Orange Blossom has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Cancellations made outside the 24 hour window are considered early, and can be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the session, are considered late, and will be deducted from your account. If you are not going to make it to a session, cancel at your soonest convenience to allow another student to take your spot.

No Shows: Absences to class without a cancellation (i.e. “no-shows”) result in forfeiting the class and an additional $10 fee.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for a brief studio tour and to settle in.

In general, we unlock the front door 5-10 minutes prior to a session. If you get to your class more than 5 minutes early, there is a chance the door will still be locked.

There is a small parking lot in front of the studio. At peak hours, the lot may fill up. Additional street parking is available on both Turney and Montecito.

We provide a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Please make every effort to arrive on time. After 10 minutes, you may not be able to enter the session.

Wear comfortable clothes that are easy for you to move around in.

Socks are optional, but if you choose to wear socks, we recommend sticky socks (we have some available for sale in all sizes, if you’d like to purchase a pair from us).

We offer free tours of Orange Blossom Pilates, open to anyone. These tours are a great way to get any questions you have answered in real time. They’re also a great way to ease any anxiety you may have about coming into a new space. To book a tour, reach out to us via our Contact Us page!
