Kalie is an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and Orange Blossom Apprentice Pilates Instructor.

She now believes movement can be a form of medicine and hopes to help others find joy in their own practice.

As a former classroom teacher and school psychologist, Kalie’s greatest joy in life is teaching. Andrea S

Pilates Instructor
Part of the Orange Blossom Team since 2025

Andrea is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, she’s called Arizona home for the past five years. While working at a physical therapy office during college, Andrea discovered the reformer and instantly fell in love with the way Pilates helped people move, heal, and reconnect with their bodies.

Her passion for teaching came when she realized Pilates is more than a workout — it’s a way to come home to yourself. Andrea believes in helping clients build strength, confidence, and awareness by connecting the mind, heart, and body through intentional movement.

In her classes, you can expect an encouraging, mindful, and challenging experience. She loves creating a space where people feel empowered to grow, both individually and as a community.

When she’s not in the studio, Andrea can be found writing, reading a good book, golfing when it’s not scorching outside, exploring local coffee shops, or hanging out with her two cats!

Chandler S

Pilates Instructor
Part of the Orange Blossom Team since 2025

Chandler was born in Arizona before moving to Los Angeles in 2009 to attend The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. From there she remained in the fashion industry until 2015. In 2011 at only 22 years old, she began to experience chronic pain as well as a myriad of other symptoms.

After years of doctors, procedures and medication with no answers, she began seeing Naturopaths and Kinesiologists whom recommended Pilates to further assist in alleviating her pain. The combination had a profound effect on what she would learn were multiple autoimmune conditions. The life changing impact she felt from the Pilates method motivated her to leave the fashion world and strive to help others have a similar experience. Today she is mostly pain free thanks to the healing power of Pilates combined with her holistic approach towards the body.

She began with classical training in mat Pilates, before moving to the Balanced Body reformer. From there she received comprehensive contemporary training on Stott apparatuses. After which she began training in fascial release amongst other techniques and continues to further her thousands of hours of training.

Chandler is passionate about getting her clients out of pain and into the best physical shape, while focusing on correcting muscle imbalances. She hones in on body mechanics, while using seamless transitions and proper breath work. The combination of her classical and contemporary background has made her a skilled and qualified teacher. Her sessions focus on helping her clients learn to connect with their body and practice contrology in order to aid alignment and strengthen muscles while lengthening.

She has taught at studios across the world from Los Angeles and Phoenix all the way to Singapore and when she is not at the studio Chandler loves cooking, antiquing and running around with her dogs.
