Part of the Orange Blossom Team since 2022
Kalie is an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and Orange Blossom Apprentice Pilates Instructor.
Kalie adopted mindful movement practices to address symptoms related to a chronic illness. While daily sessions were completed with eye rolls and sighs at first, Kalie began to see the nourishing benefits of her movement practice. She now believes movement can be a form of medicine and hopes to help others find joy in their own practice.
As a former classroom teacher and school psychologist, Kalie’s greatest joy in life is teaching. She utilizes trauma-informed practices from her yoga and psychology background to build a safe environment for exploration and growth. She believes that learning cannot be achieved without community, and she is so thrilled to be a part of the community created at Orange Blossom!
In her free time, Kalie enjoys reading and writing. She welcomes any and all book and newsletter recommendations!
Sarah F
Pilates Instructor
Part of the Orange Blossom Team since 2025
Sarah is originally from Southern California, but fell in love with Arizona and has been in Phoenix for over 12 years.
She is an owner and operator of a private salon studio in uptown Phoenix, and has been in the beauty industry since 2005. She has always loved helping others look and feel their best! Although she loves being a hairdresser, the day to day physical strains really motivated her to find an outlet to improve not only her physical health, but her mental health as well. Pilates began to help her gain strength in her postural muscles and reduce pain in her back and hips. It didn’t take long for her to notice all the benefits she was experiencing, and how amazing she felt after class.
She started practicing Pilates 3 years ago, and quickly discovered her love for the reformer. She loved the mind to muscle connection, moving with intention, and body awareness. After a couple years of practicing, she decided to look into becoming a Pilates instructor. Eagerly starting a program with Pilates Sports Center, she is now certified in Reformer Pilates, but is looking forward to continuing to learn and grow in all areas!
Her goal as your Pilates instructor is to bring upbeat, fun, and challenging classes for all levels of experience! She loves that this is a community where you can continue to grow, together and individually!
Andrea S
Pilates Instructor
Part of the Orange Blossom Team since 2025
Andrea is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, she’s called Arizona home for the past five years. While working at a physical therapy office during college, Andrea discovered the reformer and instantly fell in love with the way Pilates helped people move, heal, and reconnect with their bodies.
Her passion for teaching came when she realized Pilates is more than a workout — it’s a way to come home to yourself. Andrea believes in helping clients build strength, confidence, and awareness by connecting the mind, heart, and body through intentional movement.
In her classes, you can expect an encouraging, mindful, and challenging experience. She loves creating a space where people feel empowered to grow, both individually and as a community.
When she’s not in the studio, Andrea can be found writing, reading a good book, golfing when it’s not scorching outside, exploring local coffee shops, or hanging out with her two cats!
