Quiet Class Option:

Many of our classes naturally involve casual conversation. Quiet Classes are intentionally quiet for the days when you want to turn inward and move without distraction. Expect a calm atmosphere with minimal extraneous talking—just clear cues, steady pacing, and space to breathe, feel, and stay present.

This is a great option if you’re looking to:

  • Focus deeply on your own body and practice

  • Enjoy a more meditative or introspective movement experience

  • Reset your nervous system in a low-stimulus environment

We’ll keep the room peaceful, supportive, and grounded so you can drop in and get exactly what you need.

Check the class schedule to find Quiet Class versions of some of your favorite class types.
