Reformer Pilates

Class Description: Reformer Pilates offers a dynamic, multi-level full-body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer. Each session is designed to introduce new Pilates concepts in a fun and engaging way. Expect improved core strength, enhanced body awareness, and an increase in mobility and strength.

It’s for Anyone Who:

  • is brand new to Pilates, beginners, or established clients

  • doesn’t have injuries that significantly limit ability to move in a group setting (if you have specific questions related to your abilities, reach out to info@orangeblossompilates.com)

Class Length: 50 minutes

Quick Reformer

Class Description: Quick Reformer offers a shorter, multi-level full-body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer. Each session is designed to introduce new Pilates concepts in a fun and engaging way. Expect improved core strength, enhanced body awareness, and an increase in mobility and strength.

It’s for Anyone Who:

  • is brand new to Pilates, beginners, or established clients

Chair Pilates

Class Description: Chair Pilates offers a comprehensive full-body workout leveraging the dynamic Pilates Chair. Each class is thoughtfully structured to introduce Pilates concepts in a fun and engaging way. Expect improved strength, a strong, effective core and a feeling of accomplishment.

It’s for Anyone Who:

  • is an established client (we recommend at least 3 reformer classes first)

  • doesn’t have injuries that significantly limit ability to move in a group setting (if you have specific questions related to your abilities, reach out to info@orangeblossompilates.com)

Steel Pilates

Class Description: Steel Pilates is a dynamic full-body workout that combines traditional Mat Pilates with the powerful addition of steel clubs, steel maces, and kettlebells. Expect enhanced strength and muscle tone, increased stability, and a sense of achievement.

It’s for Anyone Who:

  • is an established client (we recommend at least 3 reformer classes first)

  • doesn’t have injuries that significantly limit ability to move in a group setting (if you have specific questions related to your abilities, reach out to info@orangeblossompilates.com)

COMBO: Reformer & Chair Balance

Class Description: This combo class brings together the strength and mobility work of a Reformer Pilates class with the challenge of a Chair Pilates class.

Reformer & Chair Balance offers a dynamic, multi-level, full-body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer and Chair. Expect improved core strength, enhanced body awareness, an increase in mobility and strength, and a feeling of accomplishment.

It’s for Anyone Who:

  • is an established client (we recommend at least 3 reformer classes first)

COMBO: Steel & Reformer Mobility

Class Description: This combo class is mobility work to the nth degree. We combine the best of Steel Pilates with Reformer Pilates to work through different ranges of motion and support your body's strength through each range.

Steel & Reformer Mobility is a dynamic full-body workout that combines Reformer Pilates with the steel clubs, steel maces, and kettlebells. We utilize these tools to enhance your body's ability to successfully move through various ranges of motion in a way that translates into real life. Expect enhanced mobility & stability, enhanced body awareness, and improved core strength.

It’s for Anyone Who:

  • is brand new to Pilates, beginners, or established clients
