Are your classes safe for me?

We work hard to provide a safe space for movement for all bodies. Our private sessions are geared to be very specific to your individual wishes and needs. Our group classes are small, so we are also able to do a darn good job individualizing each class to fit the bodies in it. If you have any specific concerns that you’d like to talk out, we can schedule a tour or have a conversation. Feel free to reach out today.

How do I schedule a tour?

Reach out to us via the contact form on our website to request a tour. We will reach out shortly after with some date and time options.

What’s the weight limit of the equipment?

We primarily use Balanced Body equipment in our studio. The listed weight limits for the specific equipment we use is as follows:

  • All Reformers (Allegro 2 and Studio Reformer) - 350lbs

  • Combo Chair - 350lbs

  • Combo Chair handles - 200lbs

  • Ladder Barrel - 350lbs

  • Cadillac - 350lbs

  • Cadillac canopy - 200lbs

If you have any additional questions about whether or not our equipment will be safe and comfortable for your body, please contact us.

How do I pay?

We accept card, cash, check, PayPal, Venmo & Zelle. Typically, it’s recommended to wait until after your first session to pay, so that you can make an informed decision. If you prefer to pay in advance, you can do so by clicking on this link.

Help! I’m new to Pilates and have so many questions!

I would start by visiting our new customer page. It has so much great information for anyone who’s thinking about trying our studio out. If that still leaves you wanting to more, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with us to meet face to face and get your questions answered.

Does it matter which class I start with?

Nope! Follow your heart or your budget. You can’t go wrong.

What is your cancellation policy?

Per the client waiver signed at the beginning of your first session, “I understand that my instructor’s time is valuable. If I am unable to keep my appointment, I agree to contact the studio to cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled session in order to avoid being charged a fee in accordance with the studio’s cancellation policy. I agree to pay for my lessons in advance of or at the time of my appointment, and I understand that I will not receive a refund under any circumstances.”

For clients with packages: the fee is the use of one of your credits

For clients with memberships: the fee is 50% of the single session cost for that session type (i.e. a reformer pilates [50] class costs $45, so the fee would be $22.50)

We do understand that life happens and like to offer 2 cancellations at no cost, to be used at your discretion.
