In this How to Self Correct workshop, we will learn about:

  • common reasons for low back pain

  • what positions and muscles help to support your low back

  • what neutral can look like in different positions

  • the ways people commonly compensate on a reformer related to their low back

  • how and when to self correct in a reformer class
